Creative and designApparel productionSales team fulfillmentEvents and activations

The challenge

High-volume apparel programs involve more than printing a logo. Events, uniforms, employee programs, sales-team orders, store openings, popups, and promotional giveaways can require different designs, size assortments, delivery dates, locations, and destinations. When creative, production, and fulfillment are split across vendors, every handoff adds risk to the timeline and the brand experience.

The approach

Craftwork brings an in-house design team together with apparel production, sorting, packing, and fulfillment under one accountable partner. We develop the system, prepare artwork for production, manufacture thousands of items, organize complex assortments, and route each order where it needs to go. 7-Eleven OSSS shows how localized apparel can support new-store openings, while Boeing shows how the same production capability can extend into retail collections and physical brand environments.

The story

From familiar brand to active fandom.

Scroll through the strategy, product, and operating system behind the program.

01 / Design for production

Bring the design team and production team together from the start.

Craftwork develops brand-right apparel with the final production requirements already in view. Artwork, garment selection, decoration, sizing, quantities, and deadlines are resolved as one process, creating a clearer path from idea to finished item.

02 / Produce at volume

Turn approved concepts into thousands of consistent finished items.

Craftwork manages sampling, specifications, decoration, quality control, and high-volume production. Whether the need is for an event, employee order, sales-team program, uniform rollout, or promotional giveaway, the production system is built around the purpose, quantity, and timeline.

03 / See it in action

7-Eleven OSSS turns new-store openings into local apparel moments.

For OSSS, a program separate from the 7Collection merchandise business, Craftwork creates location-specific artwork and produces shirts in the thousands. Employees wear the apparel, customers receive it as a giveaway, and each opening gets a locally relevant expression of the national brand.

04 / Build the retail moment

The same production system can move from team apparel to the sales floor.

Boeing shows the retail extension of this model: a coordinated assortment of branded apparel designed for people to discover, wear, and take home in a physical store or popup. Craftwork helps brands carry one visual standard across employee gear, promotional goods, and customer-facing merchandise.

05 / Finish the job

Production is not complete until every item is ready for its destination.

Craftwork coordinates size assortments, sorting, packing, fulfillment, and multiple destinations so finished apparel and promotional goods reach the right event, team, store, or customer. One integrated partner stays accountable from the first design through the final delivery, whether the program is a store opening, a sales-team order, or a retail launch.

Organized production and fulfillment keep localized designs, product quantities, and destinations connected from the production floor to the final activation.

What this proved

Product can make a brand part of the culture, not just part of the ad break.

01

Production starts with production-ready design

An integrated creative team develops artwork with garments, decoration methods, quantities, and timelines already in mind.

02

Volume can serve many purposes

The same production capability can support events, employee and sales-team orders, uniforms, store openings, retail collections, launches, and customer giveaways.

03

Vertical integration protects execution

Design, production, sorting, packing, and fulfillment stay connected, reducing handoffs as quantities, designs, and destinations multiply.
